• Build nutrition habits that serve both you and your family.

How It Works

  • We start by listening to your body. This includes a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and goals, creating a comprehensive picture of what’s going on inside. If deeper issues are suspected, we’ll recommend targeted lab tests to uncover hidden imbalances and guide next steps.

  • By cross-referencing your test results and health history, we create a custom diet, lifestyle and supplement protocol for you. We’ll work side-by-side to address your unique needs with strategies that fit your busy life and work for your whole family (no separate meal planning required - unless that’s your thing!)

  • With regular 1:1 check-ins, weekly email inspiration and daily chat support, we’ll track your progress and make adjustments as needed to keep you on the path to sustainable success that will benefit the entire family.

  • As your body responds to the program, we’ll fine-tune your protocol. Before the program ends, we’ll also equip you with a step-by-step plan for weaning off supplements and maintaining your results long-term.

  • A: Sessions are scheduled up front, but you have the ability to reschedule as long as you do so within 24 hours prior to your session.

    We meet 1x/month for 4 months. Anyone purchasing labs will have 1 extra session and 5 months of support.

  • A: Yes! We’ll recommend how to structure your meals and provide recommended recipes. We try to keep meal plans formulaic vs. prescriptive to keep cooking as easy and low maintenance as possible.

    You’ll receive recommended supplementation as part of your protocol.

  • A: Labs are an optional add-on but we do provide them at wholesale cost.

  • A: Yes! You’ll have the option to book ad hoc sessions or purchase a bundle of additional sessions at the end of your program.

  • A: Absolutely. We keep sessions minimal because we know time is scarce. But If you need anything in between, we are available during normal business hours (M-F, 9 am - 4 pm MST) via email and chat on your Practice Better portal.

  • A: Yes! We’ll make sure you have meal ideas that will satisfy the whole family. We’ll push you to try new things, but we’ll always have recommended kid friendly sides and strategies in case picky eating makes meal time tough.

  • A: The program will support your nutritional needs while maintaining milk supply.

    There may be things we recommend tackling further (pathogens or viruses we identify as a hidden stress on the body) AFTER you’ve weaned, but the baseline recommendations are breastfeeding friendly.

  • A: No sweat.

    We’ll provide recommendations on how to eat out in a more nutrient-focused way, ready-to-go options like Kevin’s Chicken or frozen burger patties, and ways to plan ahead without hours of meal prep.

  • A: Keep us posted on any health changes. We can pause your program or modify accordingly and provide resources or referrals for further support.

  • A: While the focus of the program will be on overall health, we find that healthy weight loss is often a byproduct of the program.

  • A: There’s a variety of tests we can run from gut function or stool tests to hormone and cortisol analyses.

    They range from $99 to $400 and we’ll help guide you to the ones you’d benefit most from based on your symptoms and goals.

  • A: Supplements will be part of your plan as most people need a boost in certain areas that we simply can’t get from our food supply anymore. We intend to use supplements temporarily and you can plan on budgeting anywhere from $100-$300/month during the first few months. We’ll always provide a plan to wean from supplements that are no longer needed as symptoms improve and we can work with you on budget during your intake meeting.
