1:1 Services
These packages are meant to help you understand imbalances in your body and heal in ~4-6 months. You'll meet regularly with an integrative health practitioner and work on rebalancing your body with nutrition and lifestyle adjustments tailored specifically to you. These packages have functional lab add on options and will be recommended as needed for deeper insight and healing.
Hormone & Fertility Services
Whether you are coming off of hormonal contraceptives ahead of actively trying to conceive, have been trying for some time or are interested in optimizing your body and its nutrient stores ahead of conception, Calibrate can help! Calibrate will coach you through how to rebalance hormones, understand your fertility at a deeper level and be confident in your ability to conceive. These packages are 4-6 months and include a mix of education and integrative health analysis and recommendations so you can take control of your fertility.
Health Strategy Sessions
Not ready for a package or commitment? Want to better understand how these packages can help you? Let Calibrate's team of integrative health practitioners help you analyze what's going on in your body and provide you with tactics that may be supportive to your overall health. These sessions are meant to get you answers, education and information and let you do the work. Follow up session packages may be booked as needed at a discounted rate.
